We are accredited installers of a number of leading cable and wireless systems and can offer independent advice on a wide range of solutions, including: screened or unscreened Cat 5e & 6/6a structured cable systems, specialist optical fibre cable and voice cable systems.
Established in 1996, Cable-Talk began by initially specialising in providing fast and competitively-priced sub-contract services for major systems integrators. One of our first clients was Computacenter – with whom we still continue to work – 18 years and over 3,000 cable installations later!
From these foundations we have established ourselves as a major player in the cable market – our growth being predominately achieved by referrals from satisfied customers.
We are ISO 9001 approved and have carried out a large number of cable and system installations for various companies including: HM Revenue & Customs, InTechnology, Lloyds TSB and the Department for Work & Pensions.
We work with a wide variety of clients who include:
- Main contractors (from smaller local firms to major international organisations)
- Specialist M&E contractors
- End-user clients
- Public sector clients, e.g. County Councils and Government departments
- Electrical design and communication design specialists
Our trained engineers work to BICSI standards from our office bases in Wimbledon, South West London and Leeds, West Yorkshire, enabling us to provide full cable services coverage of the UK.
ISO 9001 Accreditation
Cable-Talk first attained the ISO 9001 Certification in September 2004. This means that we operate a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification, including aspects specific to installers of network cabling systems.
This Government-supported certificate is globally recognised and acknowledges Cable-Talk’s commitment to exceptional quality service, so we are extremely proud to have achieved this esteemed award.
